Contractual terms and conditions applicable when requesting enrolment on Periocampus Courses. Published on the site and in force from 13\/06\/2023.<\/em><\/p>

1. Purpose<\/h3>

1.1. These general terms and conditions (hereinafter also the “Terms”) apply to the purchase, by the relevant applicant (hereinafter the “Enrolee” or “Participant”), of the right to take part in each “Periocampus” course (hereinafter, the “Course”) via the website www.periocampus.com<\/a> (the “Site”), organised and provided by Bee Queen 33 S.r.l., with registered office at Via Gaetano Malasoma 14\/16, 56121 Pisa, VAT number, tax code and Pisa Companies Register registration number 02355120508 (hereinafter “Bee Queen”), in accordance with the arrangements set out in the relevant Course information sheet on the Site and in these Terms.<\/p>

1.2. Enrolment on the Courses is open exclusively to dentists and dental hygienists, whereas the Congress is also open to non-clinical staff.<\/p>

1.3. Any communication from the Enrolee relating to and\/or connected with the Course must be sent to Bee Queen by email to ciao@periocampus.it<\/a>.<\/p>

1.4. Each Course enrolment is governed by these Terms, in the version published on the Site at the time the Enrolee submits their enrolment.<\/p>

1.5. By enrolling via the Site, the Enrolee agrees that confirmation of their enrolment details and the Course, together with these Terms, will be sent to them by email at the address they provided when enrolling on the Course.<\/p>

1.6. To enrol on a Course via the Site, each Enrolee must be of legal age (18) and have full legal capacity, which the Enrolee declares they possess.<\/p>

1.7. By requesting enrolment on the Course and accepting these Terms, the Enrolee (a) expressly declares that they are registered with the professional healthcare register stated by them on the enrolment form on the Site, and (b) undertakes to send Bee Queen, by email, their registration number with the relevant professional register, together with any further documentation Bee Queen may require for participation in the Course.<\/p>

2. Course details \u2014 Enrolment fee \u2014 Minimum number of participants \u2014 Course cancellation<\/h3>

2.1. Each Course takes place on the dates and at the venue\/location set out in the relevant information sheet on the Site, which the Enrolee expressly declares to have understood by accepting these Terms. The fee for the Course selected by the Enrolee, payable by the Enrolee, is specified in the relevant information sheet on the Site and covers the services detailed therein. Where a Course runs for longer than one day, enrolment is only possible for the Course as a whole, not for individual days.<\/p>

2.2. The dates and times of each Course are as set out in the relevant information sheet on the Site.<\/p>

2.3. Bee Queen has the discretionary right, up to 30 days before the first day of the Course, to cancel the Course or change its dates and\/or venue. Any cancellation or change of dates and\/or venue will be notified to the Enrolee by email. It is understood that, in the event of the Course being cancelled for any reason, Bee Queen’s liability will be limited to a full refund to the Enrolee of any enrolment fee already paid, and the Enrolee will have no right to any further compensation or indemnity of any kind. Any refund will be made within a maximum of 15 working days from the date on which Bee Queen notifies the Enrolee of the cancellation. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the Enrolee at the time of enrolment, or as otherwise notified by email to Bee Queen. Bee Queen owes the Enrolee nothing where only the Course dates and\/or venue change, provided this is notified by Bee Queen within the period stated above.<\/p>

3. How to enrol on a Course \u2014 Finalising each individual enrolment<\/h3>

3.1. Users may enrol on their chosen Course by completing the pre-enrolment form on the Site. Before proceeding with pre-enrolment, users will be asked to read these Terms carefully and to save or print a copy for their own records. The enrolment request submitted by the user to Bee Queen via the Site constitutes a contractual offer and is governed by these Terms, which form an integral part of the enrolment itself; by submitting the enrolment request to Bee Queen, the Enrolee is required to accept these Terms in full and without reservation.<\/p>

3.2. The user will then receive, by email and WhatsApp, at the email address and phone number they provided to Bee Queen when enrolling on the Site, instructions for paying a deposit towards the Course enrolment fee by credit or debit card, for the amount stated in the “confirm your enrolment_Periocampus” document sent by the Periocampus organisation following pre-enrolment on the Site.<\/p>

3.3. The Course enrolment request is accepted by Bee Queen only once the deposit towards the enrolment fee has been received in full from the Enrolee, at which point Bee Queen will send the Enrolee a confirmation email. This email will confirm the enrolment, summarise the deposit paid, and include a PDF copy of these Terms. The user’s enrolment request, Bee Queen’s enrolment confirmation, and the Terms applicable to the relationship between the Parties will be stored electronically by Bee Queen in its own IT systems, and the Enrolee may request a copy by emailing Bee Queen at ciao@periocampus.it<\/a>.<\/p>

3.4. Each Course enrolment contract is deemed concluded at the moment the Enrolee, having paid the deposit towards the enrolment fee, receives enrolment confirmation from Bee Queen by email.<\/p>

3.5. Payment of the enrolment fee can be made using the following methods:<\/p>
