No — the Congress does not carry CME accreditation.
Yes. The 2026 Periocampus Congress is held at Move Hotels Venezia Nord (Via Bonfadini 1, 31021 Mogliano Veneto TV) — a strategically located venue in the heart of the Veneto region, well suited to delegates travelling from across Italy.
The hotel is just minutes from the Preganziol motorway junction (A27/E55), 8 minutes from Venice Marco Polo International Airport, 20 minutes from Treviso Airport, and 15 minutes from Venice Mestre railway station, which is served by high-speed rail. Venice city centre is approximately 20 minutes away. 500 complimentary car parking spaces are available on site.
No, accommodation is not included in the Congress fee. However, delegates attending the 2026 Periocampus Congress can access a preferential rate at Move Hotels Venezia Nord, the event venue. Rooms at this rate are available on a first-come, first-served basis — we strongly recommend booking as early as possible.
Yes. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by certified email (PEC) to beequeen33srl@pec.it, no later than 30 days before the Congress start date. Requests received within this deadline will be entitled to a full refund, processed within 15 working days by bank transfer to the account provided at the time of registration. Cancellation requests received after the 30-day deadline will not be eligible for a refund, and the full registration fee will be retained.

Pre-Registration Instructions for the Congress
Each participant is asked to fill out their own pre-registration form individually, following these guidelines:
Enter your personal contact details (email and mobile number), not the practice's: all communications and updates about the congress will be sent directly to each participant based on their professional role.
After submitting the form, you will receive a payment link via email and WhatsApp to complete your registration online through the Stripe platform.
Payment is individual: each participant must make a separate payment, even if the cost is covered by the practice.
For invoicing purposes, you can enter the same practice details on each form — what matters is that the personal and contact details remain those of the individual participant.
Once payment is completed, your registration will be officially confirmed, and you will receive all practical information about the congress: hotel agreements, workshop details, and more.
